We recently ordered over $300 products from Smarthome.com which, as it turned out, we could not use. (It is sometimes hard to know if the products are right when you shop online!) We called to return the unopened products and were told that because it had been slightly longer than 30 days (11 to be exact), we would not be able to return, exchange or get a store credit. The customer service dept does NOT seem to be AT ALL interested in accomodating their customers and I would recommend that future customers be wary when shopping on this site!
