Ordered a pair of M-Audio monitors with UPS 2nd Day Air. Since it was a birthday present I was worried about the delivery time and after 2 days of silence made a call to their customer service. Representative told me that everything is fine and they will be shipped today. On the next day after I did not receive any tracking number and order status did not change. Made another call. They told me that they are out of stock! At that moment I had no time left to buy something online and bought stuff locally with higher price. It is not their fault that the item was out of stuck but it was wrong to lie to a customer.
ConsCustomer service is lying to customers.
