Buyer beware if you have to return your item. Make sure you get a tracking number. I insured my package, but did not get a tracking number. Chronoshark noticed this and claimed they did not receive my package on a $800 watch and said they could not issue a refund without a tracking number. It would have been very convenient for them to deny ever receiving it, deny my refund, and have me go on a 3 month long insurance claim through USPS. I had to go on an investigative spree with USPS to finally show that the package had been delivered 2 days after I sent it out and signed for by one of their employees! I got my refund, but am not inclined to do business with a company who will take the oppor Prosnew and cheapConslooks for ways to deny refund. |
