I purchased 1 of a IDE/SATA to USB 2.0 Cable Adapter on January 13, 2011. it showed being shipped on 01/20/11. I never got th first one they shipped and finally got them to ship another one (I believe to have been the first one, I finally received this one on 02/18/2010. It woild not come on until I jiggled the cord that ran from the power supply to the wall and the green light would go off and on. On 01/02/22/11 it completely quot working until I replaced the power cord and now it works fine. If they would respond to my email with the manufactures phone number, I could call and get the cord replaced. This was my first and the last order that I will be placing with them. No customer service ProsProducts only after I replaced the power cord myself.ConsThis ,ust be a fly by night company, no phone number, no customer service and very rarely answers emails. |
