Ordered NEW DURACELL AA BATTERIES - 40 PACK from BEDEALS on 11/28/2011 for $9.99 delivered. Had sufficient stock of batteries to use in my Canon Flash for several months, so the box sat in a climate controlled room until a few months later. Opened the box and found 40 loose batteries tossed into a recycled shipping box. Batteries marked OEM. Put 4 into my expensive flash and within an hour I noticed leakage coming from the battery door. The batteries had leaked inside my flash. Had to clean and clean to get the leak out of the flash. Emailed BEDEALS and complained they had sent junk batteries. Received no response. That message was February. Sent a second email on May 5, 2012 and recei ProsPriceConsSent junk batteries and have zero customer service. Almost ruined a very expensive Canon Flash with their junk batteries that should probably never have been sold to the public. They offered no customer service and it required 2 emails to even get a response. |

Very poor customer relationship, zero communication. Ordered a couple of Logitech microphones along with headsets. Headsets come in - but no microphones even though it is listed in the invoice. ProsNoneConsNot very organized. Non existent customer support. If they had responded, I would have given them at least $ 200 per year. Now, they are going to lose $20K business as I will ensure that my friends and family never buy from BeDeals.com.Keep away if you know what is good for you |

I ordered 2 packs of 40 NEW Duracell batteries from bedeals. I finally got the shipment, about two weeks later. It was two boxes of approximately 40 batteries in each. The batters all say `NOT FOR RESALE` `FOR ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT ONLY`. Some of the batters are not even Duracell. What the hell is this? It looks like they are opening expired merchandise and swiping the batters that are included and sent them. Lots of the batteries are expired. I have yet to try any of them out. They might blow up my equipment! I went through woot.com to get to this retailer. Never doing any shopping with Bedeals.com again. I am going to try to advertise their fraud to everyone I can as well. Beware of this sell ProsGreat deal... if it was accurate. Shipping time was decent...ConsDeal was a scam. Was expired batteries and not for resale and in some cases, not even the correct brand. |

Big time cheaters. I purchased a wireless router only to find that they sent me a T-mobile Hotspot which needs a sim card. The wireless router didn`t work at all...I sent it back only to find that they didn`t bear the shipping cost. The rep earlier promised me that they will pay the shipping charge. But when they got it - I didn`t get the money back. I lost money in the entire transaction with nothing left in hand. ProsNoneConsMany - Poor customer serviceFaulty items |
