BACKCOUNTRYOUTLET REVIEWS

Here at Backcountry.com we`re lucky to have a great relationship with our vendors. They come to ski with us in Utah, bring beer from out of state, and life is good.
But we have one problem they shamelessly exploit; we can never pass up a good deal. With the limited room in our warehouse and our complete inability to turn down a deal, it`s a real problem. Imagine racks towering three stories high with ski boots and tents as far as the eye can see. It gets to the point where we need to clear some space.
So we decided to launch BackcountryOutlet.com to sell some of last year`s gear at insanely low prices. After all, last season`s gear or even this year`s stuff bought halfway through the season suits most people just fine. Heck, our Content Manager still wears his Polaris snowmobile jacket he bought in Times Square. Anything from BackcountryOutlet.com would be an improvement.
And now Outlet has grown so much that we`ll buy year-old stuff and mid-season closeouts that will never appear on Backcountry.com. Sometimes vendors give us deals and sometimes we just have to be quick out of the gates. K2 sent its list of closeouts to all its vendors recently, we responded in five minutes and bought everything they had. It`s our strong buying power and lack of need for corporate approval that allows us to move on deals so we can hook you up.
Currently, BackcountryOutlet.com has about 1,400 items. We`re happy to offer great deals to our hardcore customers who might not have the bankroll to buy the latest and greatest. After all, this place was founded by two ski bums who had their passion for the outdoors before they could afford all the great gear we`re selling.
