I purchased an air rifle in June. PayPal was deducted but item not sent. Order `lost`. Ordered again 1 mo later same thing. PayPal deducted, order `lost`. After 3 mos finally got a refund. They are staffed by liars and cheats as far as I am concerned. ProsInitial price reasonable for refurb gun which never arrived.ConsThey never delivered gun. Reps tell lies. Can`t find order. They do not call back. Phone recycles calls, cannot get operator. Claim items out of stock hoping you will forget all about it. Cheaters. Would give no stars if possible. |
