02 Mar, 2010 Dillyeo		Update to my review on 1/29- Wow! After reaching someone at Dillyeo a few days after posting here, they not only took care of my problem, they upgraded my system! I now have a faster, newer computer, plus a new keyboard+mouse, and a few other `extras` thrown in! Best of all, a sincere apology, which iced the deal! Bottom line- I`m a tough customer, but fair. 29 Jan, 2010 Dillyeo		I purchased a `refurbished from Dell` computer back in October. The computer had a noisey fan and would shutdown periodically for no good reason. Inside the unit there was animal hair. No biggie- I called their support and they had me ship it to them. Several weeks went by, and they shipped the computer back, with NO REGARD to packaging, and didn`t fix anything.
