Kelty Trail Dome Tent 4-Person 3-Season

Well-ventilated yet stormworthy, this is a versatile shelter indeed.

Kelty Trail Dome Tent 4-Person 3-Season:

The Kelty Trail Dome 4 Tent offers ample space for four weary hikers, and keeps them cool during the warmest of summer nights with its extremely well-ventilated design. If rain decides to accompany you on your trip, you'll stay dry with the Trail Dome's seam-taped fly, which is easy to install on-the-fly with its buckle connection to the tent body. Complete with gear loft loops, the Trail Dome allows its residents to store gear where it won't interfere with sleep. Taped floor seams increase the likelihood that the night's rain won't become the fifth occupant of the tent

Love this Tent!!

This Trail Dome tent is all that I hoped for. It sets up quickly and easily. It is also nice and light for a tent its size. It also rained the first time we took it out, and this tent is 100% waterproof. I hope this tent will be the last I ever have to buy.

Good design, bad worksmanship!

The tent was very functional as far as design, weight & dimensions, but the quality of the worksmanship that went into the tent was poor. The rain fly rods attached a little too close to the zipper causing it to stretch and make it very difficult to zip as well as creating a separation in the zipper allowing water to leak through.

Easy to set up, light, nice tent

This tent is very light and easy setting up. My friend bought very similar tent from other company for cheaper, but quality of each material is very different. In long run, I am pretty sure I made a better decision. One minimal thing is two poles run diagonally across the tent is kind of weak. They are already bit bent, but maybe they are supposed to be like that.

Great tent, unless it rains

Great tent overall, for the price. It's one major weakness is that it doesn't have a full coverage rain fly ( what's up with that anyway???) and the "bare spots" on the tent get soaked through pretty fast in even a moderate rain.
