I order from this comapny April 1st i got a order number and later a USPS tracking number. I figured the item was on it`s way. I never received it and the USPS tracking number was invalid. I e-mailed them twice called customer service twice and no answer from them. Very didappointed and I had to just call my Credit Card comapany and have the item disputed. Also, call the number and there is some annoying message that sounded all politcal.

Sorry to hear. You had to call the KeyHerb`s payment processor. It would be better and faster

I ordered a Henna kit from them in Feb, got a tracking # too and it never showed. They sent a proactive email to me asking if I wanted to cancel the order or wait for a replacement. I asked them to send another one and 4 wks later it still hadn`t arrived. I tried to call them like the previous post and got no response. I sent and email to them and also to Google payment processing. It finally came after 2 months. The product was fine but their customer service is well below what is expected.
