Be careful when you order from AussieDealz.. Placed my order on February 1, 2008 and never received it (It`s now March 16, 2008). Sent numerous emails. One was answered and stated the order will be shipped in the next week (already late). That was 2 weeks ago and still didn`t receive my order. Won`t answer emails and will not give a refund. The order page on the website does not show it as shipped and does not have a tracking number. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Don`t order from this Company. Placed an order in February and have yet to recieve any prouct or a refund. Someone named Joshua Steltzer managed to send me a few emails but the minute I asked for a refund the emails stopped.Take it from someone who ha been burned, spend your money elsewhere. It is April 21st and I am still trying to get my money back.

I agree with the others here. BAD customer service. they DO NOT respond to emails. they said that they were sending my item by UPS ground, i never got anything UPS ground. After a month, i complained to paypal. Finally a reply that they sent it USPS. Turned out when I researched , I had bid on a mystery box for 12.99, what I received was a broken shaker flashlight, that goes for like $2.99, that cost me $12.99. Paypal told me since it was a mystery box, I paid for what I got. I tried to resolve this situation by way of 3 emails, and finally made several phone calls to their Customer Service number with no results. I will never do business with this company again.

I also ordered a product and never received it. Sent emails that have gone unanswered. Whoever these people are, they should have legal action taken against them. I`ll see if I can get the ball rolling on that.
